We are committed to sustainability, and aim to ensure that our employees are equipped with the knowledge and engagement needed to actively contribute to our sustainability goals.
Supplier engagement on ESG
Following our Supplier Engagement Plan, we continue our efforts to foster dialogue with our suppliers on key ESG topics, including environmental protection and climate change mitigation, ethics and anti-bribery, human rights, health and safety.

Sustainability training for employees
Our holding company e& PPF Telecom Group has prepared an online course on sustainability that consists of 5 different modules and tests which our colleagues successfully completed throughout 2024, reinforcing our shared commitment to sustainability. Our goal is to provide ESG refresher training to all employees, including targeted sessions for management, at least once every two years.
Supplier engagement on ESG
Our holding company e&PPF Telecom Group has established a Supplier Code of Conduct to align our values on climate change, ethics, human rights protection, health and safety, and product stewardship with our key suppliers. A key part of the process includes making sure that our suppliers adhere to the e& PPF Supplier Code of Conduct, while suppliers assessed as potentially risky are invited to fill-in self-assessment questionnaires, which help us better understand their approach to sustainability and work together with them to improve performance, where needed. In 2025, we maintained a strong focus on engaging with our suppliers to advance sustainability.
