Jason King has been Chief Executive Officer of CETIN International since May 2026. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Yettel Bulgaria for eight years (2018 – 2026).
 
He brings over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with strong expertise in sales, marketing, and management, primarily across Central and Eastern Europe. He has held senior leadership roles at companies such as Deutsche Telekom, UPC Liberty Global, and Veon, as well as Oskar (now Vodafone Czech Republic). He has also served as an advisor to CME and Telenor Denmark.
 
King holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, UK, and is a Chartered Director at the Institute of Directors in London.

Juraj has over 13 years of experience in telecommunications., 20 years of senior management incl. C – level positions at O2 Slovakia. Juraj has also extensive experience in Management consulting in telco & banking with proven track record in building new businesses and change management of processes, systems and organizations.Juraj graduated with MBA at University of Pittsburg and as Ing. in Information systems at University of Technology in Bratislava.

Judit has more than 20 years of international experience in various leadership roles in telecommunications and management consulting. She lived and worked in Hungary, Montenegro, Austria and Germany. Judit obtained her MSc degree in Business Administration from Corvinus University in Budapest and throughout her career, worked at Magyar Telekom, Arthur D. Little and most recently Deutsche Telekom. At Deutsche Telekom she was responsible for the strategy of the European segment, and later on held the CEO role of the DT subsidiary immmr GmbH. After returning from maternity leave in 2020 she held various executive project management roles, mostly related to digitalization and B2B services. Most recently she was responsible for the go-to-market strategy for international B2B and for the strategy of the international wholesale unit.

Petar has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications in various areas such as management, planning, technical sales and consulting within Telco operators, vendors and engineering companies. He joined Telenor Bulgaria in 2016 as Managed Services Director. Previously, Petar worked in Telenor Serbia.Petar holds a degree in Telecommunication Electrical Engineering from Belgrade University.

Vladimir Radojičić brings over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, beginning his career at Mobtel in Serbia. He has held several prominent leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Technology Strategy and Partnership Ecosystem at Telenor Group, CEO of CETIN Bulgaria, Technology Implementation Director in Telenor Serbia and CTO in Telenor Bulgaria. His extensive expertise in driving growth and operational efficiency positions CETIN for a new era of innovation and development.

Filip has a degree in electrical engineering from ČVUT in Prague. After briefly working in ČEZ, he took up a position in the corporate finance team at Český Telecom, where he also filled various roles in procurement and controlling departments. Between 2008 and 2009 he lead a team for assessing the effectiveness of network projects in Europe for Telefonica UK. He has been the CFO of CETIN since established in 2015. Since 2020, he has regional responsibility in the newly established CETIN Group. He has also important role in CETIN Serbia acting as member of Board of Directors.

Previously CEO of Telenor Common Operation (Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro) since 2018. Tamás has more than 20 years of experience in leadership and management within the telecommunications sector and worked in different roles within the Telenor Group in Europe and Asia (Hungary, India, Norway and Thailand).

Lenka joined CETIN in May 2019 as Head of Internal Audit and became Group HR Strategy Director in March 2021, leading HR strategy and internal communications toward an efficient, sustainable, and agile people-centric environment. With over 17 years of leadership experience across the Telco, Banking, FMCG, and Public accounting sectors, she has conducted audits at Deloitte and held managerial positions at GE, PepsiCo, and PPF Group. She has developed in-depth expertise in intercultural collaboration, process harmonisation, and the implementation of consistent standards. Lenka holds a Master’s degree from the University of Economics in Prague, along with the globally acclaimed ACCA and FCCA certifications. She also earned the CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management and is an accredited mediator. Believing that diversity enriches organisations, Lenka is committed to supporting future female leaders through mentoring within the Equilibrium Program at the British Chamber of Commerce - helping them grow, adapt, and thrive in dynamic business environments.

Lucia has more than 15 years of professional experience as a lawyer in several leading Slovak and Czech law firms as well as in-house counsel positions. Her main specializations are M&A, corporate governance, general corporate law, compliance and regulatory matters, procurement, real estate law, employment, data protection. At the beginning of her carrier, she practiced law in Slovakia. In 2015 she moved to the Czech Republic, and she started to work in MOL Czech Republic, a company belonging to the MOL Group, a leading Central Eastern European oil and gas corporation as the head of corporate services. As the head of corporate services, she directly lead up to 18 people and she was responsible for compliance, procurement, real estate, facilities, the car-fleet and the back office. In 2020, she returned to advocacy, and she focused on leading complex M&A transactions.

Tomáš has more than 20 years of experience in leading architecture, E2E delivery teams, business transformation and team management in multinational organizations. His career spans roles in finance, telecommunications, IT, and digital services, including senior positions at CSOB, EmbedIT, and various Home Credit entities across Europe, USA and Asia. Prior to joining CETIN in 2023, Tomáš held senior leadership roles at PPF Group's Home Credit in China, where he oversaw enterprise architecture, major delivery initiatives, and strategic transformation programs. After joining CETIN, he led Group Business and Enterprise Architecture before being appointed Enterprise Architecture Director at CETIN International in 2025.

Petr was appointed CETIN International’s Commercial Strategy Director in 2025, bringing more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications and ICT services. He began his career in 2000 at Czech Telecom as a Product Manager and went on to build his expertise through senior roles at GTS Central Europe and Deutsche Telekom, focusing on product management and marketing across European markets. In 2016, he became Head of Product Management at CETIN, where he played a key role in developing new products, processes, and growth initiatives. Before returning to CETIN in his current role, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Nordic Telecom, shaping commercial strategy and driving overall business performance. Petr is recognised for his deep understanding of market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and strategic planning. He holds a Master of Engineering degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague.

Peter has more than 15 years of international experience in leading large-scale transformation projects, technological innovation, and team management in multinational organizations. Since joining CETIN in 2022, he has played a critical role in the transformation of CETIN Czech Republic and led several group-wide strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining CETIN, Peter held senior leadership roles at PPF Group's Home Credit in China and India. His career reflects a strong focus on fostering innovation, managing complexity, and delivering impactful results in dynamic and challenging environments.
Peter holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Economics in Czech Republic.
