Robust well-being program
The well-being program is designed with a strong emphasis on enhancing the overall physical and mental health of employees. Simultaneously, the program aims to foster a healthy work-life balance for all employees. It includes a wide range of activities, including sports matches, exercises, seminars, and workshops on healthy eating, and mental health.
0 workplace injuries
We will secure injury prevention programs in place designed to keep injuries to employees classified as severe or fatal at zero.
Equal opportunities for everyone
We ensure equal opportunities for everyone, whether it's hiring new colleagues or the everyday lives of those already working with us. We place strong emphasis on talent development through dedicated talent programs and training initiatives.
Support local communities with donations and engagement
We will engage with communities in countries where we do business through donations and active engagement.
Our targets
Understanding our employees and customers. We improve customer engagement processes to help us collect and incorporate feedback and continually improve our services and products. Robust well-being program
In 2025, the well-being program featured diverse activities. Across all countries, we focused on physical well-being and regular exercise through group activities such as hiking, team sports, and friendly competitions. Each country tailored activities to employee preferences. Alongside physical well-being, mental health is also a top priority for us. In Bulgaria, we offer online health seminars; in Slovakia, team breakfasts and access to psychologists or coaches; in Hungary, an annual Mental Health Day; and in Serbia, Lunch & Learn sessions dedicated to mental well-being. Through these initiatives, we foster a culture that supports both body and mind.
0 workplace injuries
In first half of 2025, we had 0 employee injuries classified as severe or fatal.
Equal opportunities for everyone
In first half of 2024 we have implemented Group wide DEI policy and started upskilling our top managers in combating unconscious biases. We have also launched talent development initiatives both on local and group level. In Hungary, we are running a free talent program, STEM powered by CETIN, for the third year in 2025. The key aim of the program is to show young high school girls facing a career choice, an alternative they rarely or never think of and help break down the barriers they face.
Support local communities with donations and engagement
Supporting local communities is a shared priority across CETIN International, and each Business Unit contributes through locally relevant initiatives. CETIN Bulgaria runs Breakfast with Cause, a charity bake sale, and has donated computers to schools. CETIN Serbia joined a humanitarian football tournament supporting oncology patients and children with incurable diseases. CETIN Hungary collaborated with long-standing partners to deliver Christmas packages, school supplies, and food donations, and also renovated a community house for disadvantaged children and supported education through university partnerships. CETIN Networks provided financial support to the O2 Foundation and the sports academy of Olympic champion Matej Tóth. These efforts reflect our commitment to social responsibility and the wellbeing of the communities we operate in.
